Membership FAQs
When will I be billed for my membership?
Membership is for one calendar year and is based on the day you purchased your membership. For example, if you purchased your membership on July 1st of this year, your membership would continue through June 30 of the next year. One month before the Membership 1-year term expires, you will receive reminder notice of the expiration date. Membership will not auto renew.
If I’m not satisfied, can I cancel my membership? Will I receive a refund?
You can cancel your membership any time. Since membership is charged annually, you will not be billed for your next annually scheduled membership fee. If you are a current member, log in to your account to cancel your membership from your subscription page.
When will my membership be renewed?
Your membership will be renewed annually on the same month and day you purchased it.
Do my membership benefits begin the day I join?
Yes! Membership benefits begin immediately and include discounts on purchases of appliances, parts and accessories and more.
