Bodewell Membership Terms
These Bodewell Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern a Bodewell Member’s (“Member”) use of the benefits provided with the Bodewell Membership. By purchasing a Bodewell Membership, the Member agrees to abide by these Terms and any other related legal notices, conditions, or guidelines. These apply whether the Member accesses the benefits through a computer, tablet, mobile device, smart watch, console, or any other means.
Bodewell Membership
Bodewell Membership Benefits (as described below) are designed for an individual Bodewell Member. That is, they are intended to cover the Member’s primary home address. Bodewell Membership Benefits are not allowed to be used by legal entities engaged in any property management or for use in other commercial business. Bodewell Membership is currently not offered to, and will not be valid for, persons residing outside of the 48 contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia (not available in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Bodewell Memberships can only be purchased on Bodewell.com or from participating Bodewell Preferred Partners and will not be available where prohibited by law.
Access for Membership Benefits
To access Bodewell Membership Benefits, a Member must create an account on Bodewell.com. The Member may be asked to verify the Member's identity through questions or other verification processes. After creating an account, Member will be able to access benefits information on Bodewell.com by signing in, or if speaking by phone to a Bodewell representative, self-identifying as a Member. Please note that Membership Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be reactivated once canceled. Additionally, Member can access the Personal TechPro by Assurant (PTP App) for IoT full home coverage while their Membership remains active.
Eligibility for Membership Benefits
Member must be at least 18 years old. Membership fee will be charged to the credit card provided by the Member at the time of registration.
Auto Renewal
Membership is for 1 calendar year and will not auto renew. You are able to renew for another calendar year through your Bodewell Preferred Partner..
Cancellation
A Member may cancel a Bodewell Membership at any time by accessing their Account on Bodewell.com. Refunds will be issued based on benefits utilized prior to the cancelation date. If you have any questions, please contact the Bodewell concierge team at 833-429-8339.
Here’s what the Bodewell Membership includes:
- Exclusive Savings — Enjoy exclusive savings benefits with Bodewell Membership. Enjoy discounts on new appliances from the following brands: Café, Profile, GE, Haier, and Hotpoint (including parts and accessories) purchased on Bodewell.com or at a participating Bodewell Preferred Partner.
- Home Delivery & Installation* — Bodewell Member can receive rebate for up to $149 off delivery, installation and haul-away performed by your Bodewell Preferred Partner dealer on one eligible appliance purchase of $499 and above per household per year of membership. Eligible purchases are for personal use only in consumer’s own residence.
- Free Standard Shipping on Parts, Small Appliances (excludes 2-day and Next-Day shipping) — Bodewell Members receive free standard shipping on appliance parts and small appliances. There is no minimum purchase required.
- Extended Returns — Changed your mind? Bodewell members get 15 days to return major Appliances, with no restocking or pickup fees. (Does not apply to parts and small appliance returns.)
- Exclusive Priority Scheduling Benefit — Bodewell Members receive top priority for in-home service appointments on both in-and out-of-warranty products. Bodewell Factory Service areas. Not eligible with authorized Bodewell servicers. Simply schedule an appointment through Bodewell to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Discounted In-Home Service — Save 25% on both parts and labor for out-of-warranty appliance repairs with Bodewell in-home service. Simply schedule a service call through Bodewell.com or a Bodewell concierge agent.
- Free Virtual Service — Bodewell Members have the option to choose a free virtual service appointment for a faster diagnosis. Simply schedule your virtual service call through Bodewell.com or by calling a Bodewell concierge agent at 833-426-3393.
Support Availability
- Support Hours — Members can obtain assistance with their membership benefits from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Conceirge Support — Bodewell Members have exclusive access to a concierge team for all their appliance inquiries and support needs. Simply call 833-426-3393 to reach our Concierge team Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, EST. Our knowledgeable team is ready to assist you in scheduling priority in-home service appointments, providing virtual support services, setting up virtual DIY appointments, and guiding you on how to utilize monitoring services and software updates via the SmartHQ app.
Access Channels
- Online Access — Members can log into their Account on Bodewell.com to access support services and view other member entitlements. This includes accessing Bodewell.com to schedule/reschedule service appointments.
- Phone Support — Members can contact Bodewell at 1-833-4Bodewell (1-833-426-3393).
Smart Home Support:
- Support for Home Appliances — Members can conveniently monitor and manage their Monogram, Café, Profile, GE, Haier, and Hotpoint brand Wi-Fi enabled appliances and access additional features by downloading the SmartHQ App.
- Personal TechProSM — With Assurant’s Personal TechPro, Members receive comprehensive, personalized tech support for all the devices in their digital ecosystem. To access this benefit, download the Pocket Geek Home app and accept the Personal TechPro terms of service. Select Bodwell on the welcome page in answer to “who referred you”. Then use the same email address and phone number used to purchase your Bodewell Membership to access Personal TechPro services. Bodewell Membership benefits apply to purchases made only on Bodewell.com or at a participating Bodewell Preferred Partner.
