Delivery & Installation Service Location Cancellations Returns
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Our fleet of full-time delivery vehicles serves the entire Northern California region and can make deliveries as far as Reno. We have six trucks delivering six days a week. For long distance or out of state deliveries, please call for a quote. White glove delivery service, including placing boxes, unpacking appliances, and removing leftover packaging is available to all our valued customers.

Should custom installation be required, please talk to a sales associate or contact our store and we will arrange installation service by a trusted local team of experts. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your order before it has shipped, you can cancel the shipment for a $50 cancellation fee. If the item has already shipped, it will need to be returned. Please see more on our return policy below.
RETURNS Clearance Outlet and Special Order Purchases
Clearance Outlet purchases are non-refundable. Many of the units we sell in the Clearance Outlet are "scratch & dent," and will arrive out of the manufacturer's original packaging. Manufacturer warranties still apply on most units, but cosmetic damage is not covered for clearance or "scratch & dent" products. Air conditioners, plumbing items, ventilation, and some special-order products cannot be returned.
Damaged Shipments
When your appliance is delivered, be sure to inspect it inside and out for damage before accepting the shipment. If you notice damage to the product on delivery, refuse the delivery and contact our customer service department immediately. Friedmans is not responsible for any damage claims made after the customer has signed for the product.
Defective Merchandise
A one-year warranty is included with most of our products. If you receive a defective product that is not the result of shipping damages, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment so that we can help resolve the issue. If the item is discovered to be defective after the first use, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer directly, but we will do our best to help guide you through the process of returning any defective merchandise.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs
If your appliance fails to meet your needs in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned products must be in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
