Friedmans Appliance and Woodstone are excited to be hosting a 1.5-hour class for beginners, featuring simple hearth oven dishes (a bread and a meat dish) from Italy, India, Armenia, Greece, and China. Serves 4–6 per recipe. Emphasizes smoky, charred flavors from the hearth oven.
