Local Delivery: Customers Within 50 Miles of a Pleasant Hill California
If you live within 50 miles of a Friedmans, you're eligible for delivery and installation by Friedmans Appliance's professionally trained delivery and installation crews. Our team can safely deliver and install your appliance purchase with care and respect for your home, business or job site. Some installations, particularly more specialized installations, will be performed by Friedmans Appliance's network of certified installers.
Items that are being installed as well as large items such as refrigerators, and ranges qualify for delivery by Friedmans Appliance. Smaller items such as replacement water filters microwaves and plumbing items will ship standard ground via UPS when not purchased as part of a larger package or installation. Friedmans Appliance Delivery and Installation
- Scheduling: We work tirelessly to make accepting a delivery as easy as possible. We deliver five days a week in most markets and can typically deliver in-stock merchandise within three days of placing an order. The day before your delivery, we'll contact you with a three hour delivery window. Our delivery drivers will also contact you 30 minutes before arriving on the day of delivery.

Certified Installer Delivery and Installation
- Scheduling: Like delivery, installation by certified installer is available six days a week in most markets. Most installations of in stock merchandise can be completed within one-week of placing an order. In the event of an installation by a certified installer, your salesperson will contact the installer to schedule the installation. The installer will then contact you to confirm a time and date with you.

UPS Delivery
- Scheduling: Typical lead time for in-stock merchandise is 2-3 business days from the order date. We will provide you with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
- Fees: Items shipped via UPS will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling charge.
Freight Delivery: Customers Not Within 50 Miles of Friedmans Appliance
If you do not live within 50 miles of a Friedmans Appliance, your product will be delivered by one of Friedmans Appliance's approved freight partners (restrictions apply, call for more information). All third party deliveries are fully insured. Be sure to inspect your product carefully and note any damage before the carrier leaves your home, business or jobsite.
- Scheduling: Typical lead time for in-stock merchandise is 5-7 business days from the order date. We will provide you with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
- Fees: Delivery fees are applied on a per item basis. Small items such as Microwaves and plumbing items or replacement water filters will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling charge.
